Wizard Gaming Online Casino Software Company Assets Up for Auction

Portfolio of games and back end systems likely to sell for a fraction of development costs

wizardgaming-160.jpg2 November 2010 (Douglas, Isle of Man) – The Directors of Wizard Gaming (www.WizardGaming.co.uk) have decided, after exploring other strategic options, to hold a public and open auction for its assets. The Directors have come to the conclusion that the Company’s online casino software can be commercialized faster in the hands of new owners.

The software has taken over four years to develop and has a book development cost of over $5,000,000. This auction represents a fabulous opportunity for an iGaming operator or other party wishing to have their own unique iGaming software or to enter the casino software industry at a cost likely far below what the replacement cost would be today.
Wizard Gaming specializes in providing rich and compelling experiences that engage and retain players. They have focused on producing games that are of the same quality as those found in the best land based casinos. Their feature rich games have many advantages over the competition, including higher impact graphics, animations and sounds. Many games also have an overarching narrative that provides for a truly unique gaming experience.

Assets being auctioned include IP rights, including the master copyright on all graphic and audio content for the games and the software’s back end that includes affiliate API, card processor and eWallet integrations, and operator back end. The software’s robust Linux based backend and its web interface use state of the art technology including Ajax. A portfolio of slot games in development are included in this sale.
