SiGMA 2017 is just around the corner, and promises to be the largest iGaming show Malta has ever seen
Every year, SiGMA brings the entire gaming community together in Malta, the country which is home for over 300 gaming companies with a strong workforce of more than 10,000 people.
From affiliates and operators to regulators and vendors, this year’s prospective C-level executives are coming together for the largest iGaming show in the country to participate in a week full of events, conferences and networking dinners.
November is just around the corner and excitement for SiGMA17 is on the rise. This year’s SiGMA is setting records already, and will arguably become the largest online dedicated expo worldwide. SiGMA17 will take place at the Malta Fairs & Conventions Centre (MFCC) in Ta’ Qali. There is something quite literally for everyone.

Startup Pitch
After a successful first run in 2016, SiGMA’17 is coming back with the Startup Pitch where sixty startups and several investors will all come together under one roof. Startups will be given a free 1m booth at SiGMA, invitations to networking events, SiGMA PR and free and potential leads from leading industry veterans. The ten finalists will have an amazing chance to present their pitch to a panel of investors including Morten Klein, Carla Maree Vella, Julie Meyer, Robin Reed, Simon Collins, Roger Walker and Ory Weihs.
Careers Convention
The Summit of iGaming in Malta is a fantastic opportunity to find a job within the industry. On 24th November between 2pm and 6pm, the doors will open to graduates and IT developers who are looking at the possibility of finding a new career in iGaming.
Malta Gaming Awards
The best stories of success will be celebrated on 22nd of November when the second edition of the Malta Gaming Awards will take place. All proceeds from this event will go to charity. The president of Malta, Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, is expected to attend as guest of honour.
Free Flights
Affiliates receive complimentary passes and this year have the opportunity to apply for one of the 1,000 free flights being gifted from SiGMA. There will be 500 new affiliates and 500 top C level executives invited in order to keep the B2B side of the business equally busy with a fresh bloodline of potential customers. Exhibitors are encouraged to invite VIP guests, flights on us, and throw a string of hospitality events around SiGMA.
