fi-unmasked-160.jpg10 December 2010 (London, UK) – The organizers of iGaming’s hottest party of the year, Fire & ICE, are pleased to announce that sports betting, casino, poker, bingo and games provider GTECH G2 will be one of the main sponsors of its 10th Anniversary event. This is the third year in a row that the leading iGaming software provider has sponsored the event. Before the doors open to other guests at 9pm, GTECH G2 will host a VIP reception for their invited guests.

“We’re very proud to be associated with the most popular party on the industry calendar,” said William Scott, VP Commercial, GTECH G2. “It’s an excellent opportunity for us to socialize with our business partners and for us to give something back to our industry.”

“We wouldn’t be able to produce this special event without the support of corporate sponsors like GTECH G2,” said Jodie Thind. “We appreciate the continuing support of GTECH G2 and we’re honoured to accommodate their VIP party for the third year.”

Fire & ICE is held every year as the massive ICE trade show ends and delegates arrive for the London Affiliates Conference beginning the next day. It will be held once again at Gilgamesh in Camden – one of the only elegant party venues in London that’s able to accommodate all the operators, suppliers, affiliates, media and software developers that attend.

Ten years ago, when the industry was in its infancy, there was no ICEi, there were no parties for the iGaming pioneers that attended, and they weren’t particularly welcome at land based gaming industry parties. So Lyceum Media partners Michael Caselli and Jodie Thind decided to host their own party exclusively for their friends in iGaming – one that would be more fun and more entertaining.

“Things have changed a lot since our first Fire & ICE party, that’s for sure,” said Caselli. “The industry has grown beyond all expectations. I think we had about 60 or 70 people at that first Fire & ICE and last year we had nearly 2000!”

From disco to burlesque and from Babylon to Bacchanalia, each year Fire & ICE is more decadent and outrageous than the previous. Last year’s extravaganza that featured an erotically charged stage show will be hard to beat but Caselli and Thind have yet to disappoint iGaming partiers and promise that this year’s event will once again be the most amazing ever.

Guest registration is not yet open for Fire & ICE but sponsorship opportunities and VIP tables are still available.
