Slotland player wins fairly often, but not as much as this progressive jackpot prize
18 February 2009 (London, UK) – Last week’s $134,385 progressive jackpot win at Slotland.com was massive by anyone’s standards, but even the frequent-player that won it says it’s a big win compared to the other jackpots he’s won. The player known as SURFSIDESID won this jackpot playing the Genie-themed “Magic” slot machine.
“I do play slots a lot, and I do win often enough to keep me going,” said SURFSIDESID when Slotland’s manager called him to congratulate him. “I’ve never won anything anywhere near this though, that’s for sure!”
SURFSIDESID has been a regular player at Slotland.com for about three years. He plays quite often and has won a few very large payouts but this huge jackpot is a lot even for this lucky spinner.
“I tend to play a lot for awhile, and then I give it a break for awhile,” said the player. “I was thinking it was about time for a break but, as luck would have it, I decided to take just a few spins that day. I think I’ll take a break now though, to spend some of this money!”
