9 October 2013 (London, UK) – Rapidly growing game developer and operator Akamon Entertainment is to join the International Social Games Association [ISGA], the industry body that acts as a voice for the global social gaming industry.
Akamon becomes the tenth member company of the ISGA, joining existing members Zynga, Slingo, RocketPlay, Plumbee, Playtika, PlayStudios, MGM, IGT, Gamesys , Bally Technologies, Aristocrat and Abzorba Games.
Akamon Entertainment has grown quickly to become a leading social games developer in the LATAM region, with a portfolio of 38 multiplayer social games enjoyed by a community of over 15 million registered players and ambitious plans to expand their offerings globally.
ISGA CEO Luc Delany welcomed Akamon to the association:
